Viniendo a Casa

Today we came home to Alcalá. McKenzie and were talking about how funny it is that coming back here really does feel like we're coming home. We missed eating with our family and being with Gloria and Raimundo. We really do love it here. Before we came all the way back to Alcalá though, we stopped off in a place with a church called Santo Domingo (not helpful, I know) to listen to some monks do some Gregorian chants. Apparently these guys made some platinum album in the 90's for their chants - super cool! It was really neat. We didn't get to record though, bummer.





I made a bouquet of flowers outside the church. I felt artsy.




After that it was home to Alcalá! We're totally exhausted, and definitely have a siesta coming for us tomorrow, but there's no place like home!!
