La Playa y Santander

When we finally got to Santander the first thing we did was get into swimsuits and head to the beach! Most everyone was in the water, but it was really only like 73 degrees or something outside - not quite my idea of beach weather. So I wandered about looking for shells, I didn't get in. It was still super fun though! One of the boys made a huge heart in the sand with his girlfriends name in it and wanted a picture of him next to it to send to her. The heart was so big though, you couldn't see it without some altitude - so Tanner asked McKay and I to help him out.

After the beach we all got dressed and took the town. We went around just exploring and walking around, we didn't really have a purpose.

Eventually we split into smaller groups to find something to eat. Stefan, Preston, and I went to this random little Indian restaurant called Taj Mahal. Two words. SOOOO GOOD. It was AWESOME!!! We loved it!!

It was so good, we got a photo with the waiter!

Then we stopped at a helateria and had the lady scoop us a half liter of icecream to split - we all had to pay 1.5 euros... Vale. Vale. Vale.

It didn't look like that when we got it - she just shoved a ton in there and then put a lid on it for us. It's not flat ice cream haha.

Enjoy the following videos. They're funny hahaha.

To end out the day a group of us got together to play spoons. But since we didn't have spoons, we used tampons. Fletcher's fine lol.
